Crimes are classified two ways, Felony and Misdemeanor. Felony are the more serious crimes and most times are punishable by imprisonment. Most searches will include both upper and lower courts and will list Felony and Misdemeanor records. There are a few jurisdictions were only Felony records are available. In some cases, when feasible, State Records will be searched instead of the individual counties. Turnaround time is 1 to 3 days, depending on the county / state.

Each County / State Search gives a 7 year history and provides names of Courts Searched, Arrest/File Date, Case Number, Offense, Disposition and Sentence.

Records available for Federal Felony cases and are accessed directly from the 94 Federal District Courts. DATA-QUIK will search up to 3 Federal Courts for each applicant without additional charges. Turnaround time is 1 to 2 days. Occasionally, when there is a possible record match, additional search time may be required.

Each Federal District Court varies in years searched; most are a 7 year history. Each search will provide Courts Searched, File Date, Case Number, Offense, Disposition and Sentence.

CITIZEN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
